Formula One Bread for Belgian Grand Prix

After the summer break it is time to pump up the revs and head flat out through Eau de Rouge and Raidillon. With this bread you will be on pole position. Formula One Bread For German Grand Prix

It is time for German Grand Prix in legendary Hockenheim track. German is know of its sausages, so it was quite ease to decide what kind of bread I would make for this event. Get a rustic bun, fry some onions, fry two bratwurst sausages and make dijon mayonnaise (half/half) and your are good to go!

This was an easy one. Didn’t have to think long what is famous in Austrian cousine. Let me present you The Schnitzel bread! Bread, schnitzel, fried onions and mayo. That´s it. Simple and tasty.

This time my Formula 1 bread is really simple. A classic. You only need baquette, butter, good quality ham and Dijon mustard. That's all. So simple and super good. If you want, you can add cheese but I prefer not Shot with Leica M (typ240) Summarit 50mm f/2.4

This time I'm giving you something sweet and salty.  On a bagel there is majo, crispy bacon glazed with maple syrup, mature cheddar and fried apple. Super tasty.  Shot with Sony A7RIII and Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 ART

This time I wanted to make something a bit luxurious, after all, it is Monaco. Traditional dark bread from Finnish archipelago, remoulade sauce, cold smoked salmon, sea weed caviar, onion and grated horseradish.
