Formula bread, Spanish Grand Prix

This time I tried something different. One of my favorite Spanish dishes is Patatas Bravas.
And so I made a sandwich where you can find patatas bravas and chorizo, boosted with aioli and finely chopped lettuce.
A bit hard to eat with out a mess but the taste is really good. And yes, made some potato chips to the side.

Tomato sauce:
1 yellow onion.
2 gloves garlic
1 can of Mutti cherry tomatos
1 tbs white vinegar
2 tbs tomato pyree
Pinch of chili flakes
1 ts salt

Peel and chop onions. Heat a sauce pan to medium, add olive oil and chopped onion. When onions are soft, add tomatoes ja smash them with spatula. Add rest of the ingredients and let shimmer for appx. 20min

Boil potatoes until they are done. Drain, chop to small pieces and fry in a pan until nicely coloured. Add spices.

Make super this potato slices. Heat vegetable oil to 180c°
Cook ships until nicely brown. Be careful.
